forms required for licenses and permits in Oak Bay.
Print the form or forms that you require then bring
the completed form and necessary documentation to
the Municipal Hall. For information regarding
any of these application procedures please contact
the Building and Planning Department at 598-2042.

Subdivision Approval
For subdivision approval application use the
Subdivision
Approval Procedure Form and follow the instructions
contained on the form.
Plumbing
Permit
All plumbing installations and alterations require
municipal approval. Use the Plumbing Permit
Application Form. Note that this form must
be printed on legal sized paper.
Under the Uplands Regulations Bylaw,
applications for building permits involving exterior
work in the area of Oak Bay known as the Uplands must
be approved by the Municipal Council as to siting
and architectural design prior to the issuance of
