Meeting
Schedules & Agendas
Regular Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th
Monday of each month while the Committee of the
Whole meets every 1st and 3rd Monday. On holiday
Mondays the meetings are held on the immediately
following Tuesday. Oak Bay Council usually amends
this schedule over the summer months and at
Christmastime.

Posting of Agendas:
Regular Council and Committee of the Whole agendas
are posted Friday afternoon immediately preceding
the scheduled meeting. Special meetings and public
hearing agendas are posted as soon as they become
available.
